Meadows was established in 1975 to provide a caring "home away from home" environment for adults with moderate disabilities. Located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Meadows, a 99 bed, Intermediate Care Residential Home, offers an alternative living experience for your loved one.
Young and old alike have called Meadows home. Our residents have come to us with various disabilities through many unique situations, - all welcomed, and cared for to meet their needs.
Our round-the-clock nursing staff closely monitors the health and well being of each individual while protecting their dignity. Qualified professionals design programs for the education and training of all residents.
Residential Living
Meadows residents share furnished heated/air conditioned rooms with private half-bathrooms. Residents may have their personal items in their room such as televisions, music systems, photographs, chairs, etc.
Our staff provides personal care, and independent living skills on a daily basis.
Meadows is a home that not only provides comfortable living accommodations but also recreational services such as in-house activities and community events.
